Executive Team
Jae Park, Managing Partner
Jae is a Managing Partner at Junto Partners. He has experience leading acquisitions totaling over $500M and investing more than $300M in equity capital across various private offerings. He is a general partner in 13,000+ units of mobile home communities, apartments, and self storage. Previously, Jae held roles in corporate strategy, finance, and engineering across multiple industries and was part of Uber’s Global Strategy team in San Francisco. He holds a B.S with Honors in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
Max Williams, Managing Partner
Max is an experienced entrepreneur and SMB investor with a track record of acquiring, scaling, and optimizing a founder-led small business. As a founder of Olive Ridge Partners, he bought and grew a residential contracting services company 4x revenue and 3x EBITDA growth over four years. His hands-on leadership spanned technology, financial management, M&A, operational improvements, commercial development, and real estate investment. Previously, Max was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising executive teams in privately held infrastructure businesses on strategy, operations, and M&A, with a focus on restructuring, acquisition due diligence, and financial performance improvement. Max holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
